Stopping builder for Zed (master) on CentOS Stream 8 in RDO Trunk

Hello, As announced on RDO Yoga GA [1], RDO Zed will be available only for CentOS Stream 9. As part of the retirement of CentOS Stream 8 from Zed, we have stopped the RDO Trunk repository builder for master in CentOS 8 [2] so new commits will not be built. The users willing to keep using packages for OpenStack master branch (future Zed) from RDO must ensure they move to use CentOS Stream 9 [3]. We will maintain the centos8-master repos available in the RDO Trunk repo server with current content for a couple of weeks to give some time to transition but after that period the repositories will be permanently deleted.
