Some hours ago, a new version of dpdk (nvr 18.11-2.el7_6) has been pushed
to CentOS extras repo following
Latest openvswitch release (2.10.1) which is used in RDO Rocky and Stein is
not compatible with this dpdk version, so any attempt to install
openvswitch in these RDO releases will fail.
As a workaround for this problem, we are pushing a new build of openvswitch
(openvswitch-2.10.1-3.el7) to both Rocky and Stein with dpdk support
User deploying RDO with openvswitch and DPDK will be impacted by this
change. We are working to find out a better solution to restore dpdk
support. Until then, if you need to use it, let us know in #rdo freenode
channel or one of the mailing lists.
Following up on a previous email where we announced the intent of
switching the default mechanism driver in TripleO to OVN, just letting
everybody know that we've done the same recently for Packstack .
>From now on, any Packstack deployments using defaults will bring up
OVN as the networking driver used by Neutron.
I would like to integrate Cloudkitty and Senlin in overcloud deployed via tripleo. There is no such tripleo heat template available to integrate these projects in running overcloud.
Please help me how I can achieve this.

There's a Gerrit app for Android that I'm trying, and it doesn't
support OAuth authentication . To add RDO's Gerrit to it, I need to
generate an HTTP password (Profile picture in near the top right ->
Settings -> HTTP Password -> Generate). This worked fine on
OpenStack's Gerrit, but in RDO Gerrit it does nothing. Using Firefox's
dev tools, I was able to observe that the request gets a 403 back.
I've added the full request/response exchange at the end of this
email, but I just want to know if this is intentionally disabled, or
did I just stumble upon a previously-unknown problem?
My browser's request:
PUT https://review.rdoproject.org/r/accounts/self/password.http HTTP/1.1
Accept-Encoding: gzip, deflate, br
Content-Type: application/json; charset=utf-8

The response it got:
