Hi Gabriele and all.
It ended up that the problem was on the physical disk not working on the host.
I've replaced the disk, reinstalled everything and managed to finish ( after some
minor glitches ).
Now I have some more questions and will start a new thread for them.

For what I've seen here, glance is having some problem with the uploads

You need to jump on the undercloud (Instructions at the end of
quickstart.sh script) and look at the glance logs to dig deeper.
