Plans to stop RDO Trunk repos for Queens, Rocky and Stein

Hi, As some projects are creating EOL tags for Queens/Rocky/Stein, I think it's a good time to stop RDO Trunk builders for those releases. The plan is to keep the last repos available for those releases in http://trunk.centos.org/ doring some time but not building any new package for them nor running any more CI jobs on them. Is anyone still interested in using those repos from RDO or getting them updated with patches landing in those branches upstream?. Note that this is only about unsigned RDO Trunk repos (DLRN ones). The signed packages in official CentOS mirrors are unsupported as soon as releases go to Extended Maintenance phase, a long time ago for the mentioned releases. Best regards, Alfredo

Wallaby Upgrade Problems

Hi Guys, I'm currently in the process of upgrading my Victoria cloud to Wallaby and have been running into issues during the prep phase (I already upgraded Undercloud and migrated all nodes to CentOS 8 Stream from CentOS 8). I keep getting this error: HEAT-E99001 Service neutron is not available for resource type OS::Neutron::Net Previously, I had similar errors where I had to update my roles_data.yaml and network_environment.yaml due to changes in Wallaby, however I can't seem to figure out what needs to be changed here. I re-generated the roles_data.yaml file as well. Any suggestions? Is there any documentation for the upgrade to Wallaby available anywhere? Also a second question, how does one get the ephemeral heat images into the local registry? Do they get auto-added during the upgrade? I've had to specify quay.io images in the CLI so far as I can't figure out how to manually add images to the local registry. Thanks, James H

Possible regression for podman starting containers after a hard shutdown

Hello *, i have encountered an error after a hard power loss on nearly each compute node. The neutron-haproxy-ovnmeta container didn't came up after the hard shutdown. Down below under "error message" i've posted the exact error message. After a quick search i found the following bug reported in the red hat bug tracker. It looks like the exact same issue. https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1797892 But it is supposed to fixed in the "Train" release. https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1797892 Any ideas on this? Is it the same issue or something similar? Would an update to Victoria solve this issue? I think it's non of a big deal so since we try to avoid unexpected shutdowns but it may happen due to power loss. Now some details on the Openstack setup. We are using Ussuri release and did a pretty basic tirpleO Setup. We are using 3 Controller Nodes and 8 Computes with Ceph storage attached. I think there is nothing special in our configuration that may favor this type of issue but if you think so i will post the necessary configuration details.
