[Rdo-list] Confusion with Floating IPs in RDO Liberty Packstack 3-node setup

I have a 3-node setup using packstack. It went smoothly with no issues. I created a public subnet with the following command. neutron subnet-create --name public_subnet --enable_dhcp=False --allocation-pool=start=10.10.179.230,end=10.10.179.250 --gateway=10.10.183.254 external_network 10.10.176.0/21 So I should have about 18 usable IP addresses. Perfect. But I only have 2. It wasn't hard. I'm just wondering what I did wrong, or if that's something I've just somehow missed every other time.
