[Rdo-list] Deployment of Manila using RDO not possible with the current templates as on Github

Hi, The documentation about deployment of Manila [1] refers to a file named manila-generic-config.yaml. However, this file is still under review [2] This file can not be found in upstream repository for TripleO [3] and neither at the RDO Management repository [4].
