Hello folks,
An upgrade operation is scheduled by our cloud provider that could affect
Software Factory services.
During that time some services might be unavailable.
The affected services will be:
- review.rdoproject.org and softwarefactory-project.io gerrit services.
- Zuul CI not running jobs for gerrit, github or opendev.

The upgrade introduced networking errors on some of our hosts, resulting in
CI failures. The cloud provider has been notified of the issue, and we will
update you on the resolution of the problem.

Hello,
After careful investigation, we figured out that the cloud provider's
network update introduced discrepancies between MTU settings at the network
and VM levels. An API reboot is required on every host, which we will
perform this morning. You may therefore experience service disruption while
we perform the reboots.
