The link to the Fedora 18 images
(http://cloud.fedoraproject.org/fedora-19.x86_64.qcow2) is now 404'ing.
What's the preferred URL that I should put on
http://openstack.redhat.com/Image_resources ?

Nope -- we never _had_ F18 images.
If you really need them, you can get my unofficial images from
http://mattdm.fedorapeople.org/cloud-images/Fedora18-Cloud-x86_64-2013011...
But I really recommend F19 -- it's nicer in many ways!
