glance-api there are 2 config options. The first one `known_stores` is
used to enable/disable stores. The second one `default_store` allows
you to specify which store should be used as the default one when none
is passed to the API.
Is there something missing in the above-mentioned options?

I know that... I'm using RDO to deploy somethings including Glance. And I
want to config backend store in RDO's answer file, not Glance configures
manually.

Ahh.. You should have mentioned you were talking about packstack before.
I don't think there's a plan to add support for this in the near future.

I assume you're using packstack to deploy RDO.
Packstack is a proof-of-concept/demo installer and this functionality is
out of its scope. If you require sophisticated installer, use something
else such as Foreman.
