Are you intentionally leaving out HAProxy?
No, I didn't. It's just an in-progress work, so it'll be added too. By
HAProxy I presume you're referring to this[1]. It'll also be added to
the wikis.
I'll try to make a high-level document which will include references to
all the wiki pages.
