I tried to edit ODT but it doesn't let me, is an image?

in Install.. drop Fedora and use this URL:
https://rdoproject.org/repos/rdo-release.rpm
Also RHEL has pre-requisite non-default repos, so we might want to
focus this bookmark on CentOS only?
