 BTW, this link 
https://rdo.fedorapeople.org/rdo-release.rpm is pointing
 to the
 last RDO release, Juno-1 and this version is not supported on
 RHEL6.x/CentOS6.x.
 So it would be better to install the rdo icehouse rpm release you can find
 here [1]:
