I've put a draft of the Pike release notes post here:
https://github.com/redhat-openstack/website/blob/master/source/blog/2017-...
I need help filling in the details. Please see
https://www.rdoproject.org/blog/2017/02/rdo-ocata-released/ as an
example of a release notice that we did an awesome job with, as
inspiration for what we're looking for.
Please also see https://www.rdoproject.org/rdo/release-checklist/ for
some of the things that we like to do around a release, as well as
things we want to avoid doing.
In particular, the items I'm looking for are:
* New packages/services included in the Pike release
* Things that are actually cool, and "customer-facing" in this release
(as opposed to necessary but largely invisible back-end stuff)
* A list of all contributors to this release (or some pointers to me of
how I might generate that list myself)
Thanks!

Subject: [Dojo] Call for presentations, CERN Dojo
Date: Mon, 31 Jul 2017 12:03:49 -0400
From: Rich Bowen <rbowen(a)redhat.com>
To: centos-devel(a)centos.org, centos-promo(a)centos.org
As you may know, we are planning to hold a Dojo at CERN, in Meyrin,
Switzerland, on October 20th. You may find more details here:
https://indico.cern.ch/event/649159/overview
If you think that you may attend, and if you would like to speak
regarding the work that you're doing on CentOS, your SIG, or some
interesting project that you're running on top of CentOS, please
consider submitting a paper: https://indico.cern.ch/event/649159/abstracts/
We've listed a submission deadline of September 14th, but we have very
limited space, and will likely schedule talks as they come in, when
something catches our eye. So don't wait until the last minute!
We hope to see you in October!
