[Rdo-list] [heat][autoscaling][cleaning before scale down]

Hey there, I'm working on the autoscaling of cassandra with heat and ceilometer. I'm one step away from finishing my template. Now, I'm looking for a way to hand a script over to every cassandra server just before its removal by heat ( scaledown action). By doing this, I'm sure that the rest of the cluster won't try anymore to reach that cluster and that the load will be rebalanced again. Thank you for your response, B.regards Sara
