I'm working on the autoscaling of cassandra with heat and ceilometer. I'm one step away from finishing my template.  Now, I'm looking for a way to hand a script over to  every cassandra server just before its removal by heat ( scaledown action). By doing this, I'm sure that the rest of the cluster won't try anymore to reach that cluster and that the load will be rebalanced again.
