[Rdo-list] The version of Openvswitch in Juno

Hi , I notice that the openvswitch in juno el7 is 2.0.0, but some new feature in juno such as DVR need 2.1.0 . https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/Neutron/DVR_L2_Agent f. For rules like these in the integration bridge, where a long list of ports might appear in the 'output port' action, this document proposes the use of 'Group Tables' facility available from OpenVswitch(OVS) version 2.1. I did not do a real test about this, anyone know that will 2.0.0 works well when we enable DVR? Thanks. Regards, Liping Mao

[Rdo-list] Help on configuring the Openstack setup with SAS Block storage

Dear Members; Im stuck with following question. Appreciate your responses. I have a SAS block storage and needed to configure with Live migration. All controller and computes nodes connected to the block storage through SAS interfaces. In order to enable live migration, If i create a single SAS LUN (volume), and mount it among all node's "/var/lib/nova/instances/" folder, then setup same nova UID GID on all nodes, will be enough for live migration? Or do I have to run any distributed file system like GlusterFS or NFS? Will libvert detect SAS protocol and enable the live migration? Anne. Thanks in advance..

[Rdo-list] Juno - cinder API spams /var/log/messages ?

Not sure why, but it logs stuff to /var/log/messages.
