Okay so we switch to CentOS 7 installed openstack packstack allinone, it
was working fine initialially until after reboot now the dash board throws
this error upon trying to login.

Was that a question? Yes, of course I have it running on Fedora.
But you need to pull packages from rawhide, as horizon requires many of
the python-clients, which have been on Fedora in the right version (at
least at last time when I checked).
