I would assume that if there is desire for these across other projects
it would land in the same place as things like a newer/more functional
kernel. If it's RDO specific, then it would probably have to go in our
variant, but I'll make a note to include python libs and mongodb in my
list of packages.
It would also be great to have images that could be used inside RDO
(i.e. RDO on RDO).
Is this the triple-O stuff? or something else.
Is CentOS also planning on producing an OpenStack compatible image
which can just be uploaded to Glance as part of their standard
deliverable?
That's a goal in my mind. We've produced a 6.5 CentOS image that can be
used in OpenStack now [1], but we hope to have the SIG take ownership of
that image longterm.
