hello
i recall being told recently that either tuskar and/or tempest was not
ready for rdo-manager and liberty. i was wondering what the status was of
these 2 components
also, what is the status of the horizon replacement. will that make it to
mitaka?

Tempest is in the liberty repos. We use it for validation in the CI.
Tuskar is still a WIP in upstream TripleO.

What is the horizon replacement? Do you mean the web GUI for Tuskar? If
so, I think some form of it will land in Mitaka.
