Any update or further link to this? I'm currently installing with packstack to CentOS 6.5. Switching to Fedora or RHEL is not an option. service mysqld start fails. This is due to inno_log_file_size being edited in /etc/my.cnf.d/innodb.cnf without rm /var/lib/mysql/ip_logfile*. service mysqld start now works. I noticed that packstack's --gen-answer-file changes many of the variable names from 1068 to 1157. Does 1157.1 revert that?
