In ceph-ansible we are planning to switch our CI system to use Ansible
2.6 on the master branch.

When do you plan to support Ansible 2.6 on the openstack node that

Because I don't know, which job in RDO are you referencing? I'm guessing
it is
about getting a ansible 2.6 RPM and not just pip installing it.

Currently Rocky has Ansible 2.5.2.
TripleO will be testing against Ansible 2.6.x, but at this stage, I am
not very optimistic it will get into Rocky (release in mid-september).
