the RDO community has packages available for Mitaka Stable in its
testing repositories.
Official RDO release will be announced after we validate this release
with our CI.

Here are short instructions how to test:
On CentOS7 install release rpm which is enabling test repo by default:
# yum install
http://buildlogs.centos.org/centos/7/cloud/x86_64/openstack-mitaka/centos...
For other EL7 use:
# yum install
https://rdoproject.org/repos/openstack-mitaka/rdo-release-mitaka.rpm
Packstack enables production RDO repo by default so you have to use
--enable-rdo-testing option.

Plan is to do few more CI runs over weekend and tag -release on Monday.
