Hello folks,
We plan to upgrade review.rdoproject.org on 2019-02-04 01:00 UTC. Expected
downtime should be about 2 hours.
We will migrate the service to a new instance using the last stable version of
Software Factory 3.2 featuring an updated Gerrit to version 3.14 and an improved
config-update job so that Zuul tenant configuration will be managed by
the rdo's config project.
Let us know if you prefer a different date.

There was a mistake in the proposed schedule, we actually meant
2019-02-05 01:00 UTC (which is Monday evening NA time, Tuesday morning
APAC time).

Hello,
The maintainance is now completed. Please note the following changes:
- Zuul tenant configuration is now maintained in rdoproject's config
project. Changes to the config/zuul/rdo.yaml file are applied to the
zuul's scheduler configuration.
- If the Gerrit top-menu is not visible, check "Show Site Header /
Footer" in Gerrit $user -> "settings" -> "Preferences"
and click "Save
Changes".
