hello people,
I wrote a simple template in order to scale a VM in the basis of cpu
utilisation. When I try to execute the heat template. I got this error:
Error parsing template file:///root/simple.yaml while parsing a block
mapping
in "<unicode string>", line 38, column 3
did not find expected key
in "<unicode string>", line 117, column 4
I checked my template over and over to see if I missed a space somwhere in
those two lines. But couldn't see anything. You can find my template
attached. Can you plz tell me if there's something wrong with it?

popping up when i execute the heat create-stack command:

That error isn't super-helpful (we should look at improving it, I'll raise
a bug), but AFAICS the problem is you're specifying the parameters inline
in the parameter_groups definition:

Unless you really need them, I'd reccomend just not using parameter groups
for now, and getting things working with just the "parameters" section

confused the github repo with this tuto

from github. Next time i'll pay more attention to what I say.
You were right, once I removed the parameter_groups and corrected some
parameters. My template was parsed correctly without errors.

I have an other issue with heat. Now that the template is being parsed
successfully. The creation is never complete and heat doesn't report any
error. I noticed in the dashboard that heat created two of each ressource
spaned at the same time. One is creation_complete and the other is in
progress.
The heat_engine.log is just so huge as a enabled the debug mode. But i
can't see any relevant information out there

I think you need to attach/paste simple.yaml where the error is coming from.
The files you attached appear unrelated (to each other and the error
AFAICT).
You may find it useful pasting your template into one of the online yaml
parsers, sometimes this helps you spot the error in your syntax if the heat
error doesn't make it obvious.
