What's the status of getting the fix for open CentOS7 issues in RDO? https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1117035 has been (as far as I understand) fixed upstream for a couple of weeks. And the other stuff (enumerated in Gael's comments at https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1117035#c4 ) is in various states of readiness.
