For IceHouse, here's the repository for Fedora-20[1]
Alternatively, to get IceHouse packages, I fetched packages from Fedora
Rawhide (but be prepared to handle any conflicts that may arise):
$ yum install fedora-release-rawhide -y
$ yum update openstack-* --enablerepo=rawhide
NOTE: IceHouse packages will be in Fedora 21's (once it is released)
official repositories.

Neutron OVS&GRE System on F20? I have already submitted to this list
problems with http://openstack.redhat.com/Upgrading_RDO_To_Icehouse
I got negative results attempting this upgrade on CentOS 6.5 been posted

That's why I am concerned about ability to test

If you have snapshotting abilities, I'd suggest you take a snapshot of
both your nodes, perform the upgrade. If something goes catastrophically
wrong, roll back.
If you're using QCOW2 images (and a reasonably new QEMU/libvirt on
host), simplest is to use the QEMU internal named snapshots (these can
be live/offline, but offline is more robust):
$ virsh snapshot-create-as el6vm snap1 "Havana setup"
$ virsh snapshot-revert el6vm snap1

If you meant will it work, then only one way to figure is to try and
find out.

Breaking Havana Support on F20, during F20 life cycle, presumes 100% percent
safe upgrade of any kind Multi Node Havana Neutron OVS&GRE(VLAN) system
to similar system driven already by IceHouse (2014.1).
However, my attempt to apply

to AIO Havana Host on CentOS 6.5 gave extremely unexpected results:-
1. Nova was upgraded OK.
2. But, no one of Neutron packages has been upgraded

That's the reason , why I want acceptable Havana repos for F20
(or even for CentOS 6.5) to test again simple AIO Havana upgrade to
IceHouse on F20 (or even on CentOS 6.5 ) , before crashing the real system.
Making snapshots and rolling system back is a good suggestion , but not resolving
my problem.
