To ease the transition between various versions of Fedora and OpenStack,
RDO provides alternative versions of OpenStack than in the standard Fedora repositories.
For example OpenStack Folsom packages were provided for Fedora 17 at:
http://repos.fedorapeople.org/repos/openstack/openstack-folsom/fedora-17/
while the standard Fedora 17 repositories contain OpenStack Essex.
Given that OpenStack Folsom has been released on Fedora 18
(and OpenStack Grizzly has been released on Fedora 19),
we'll no longer maintain the Folsom packages for Fedora 17
and so will remove this repository in the next week.
Users wanting to stick with Folsom on Fedora will need
to use Fedora 18 where security updates etc. are still maintained.
Correspondingly The Grizzly repo for Fedora 18 will
be retired when OpenStack Havana is released to the next version of Fedora.
(An announcement will be made at this time too).

please tell me. I'm Cloud Person For Fedora, and I'm very concerned with
making users' lives better here.
I expect that many people who are using OpenStack on Fedora are also
following the leading edge of OpenStack -- but I do want to hear from you!
