I've read the wiki and if you're doing an allinone install you can also set the
amqp
server from the command line like this:
packstack --allinone --amqp-server=rabbitmq --use-epel=y
i've added this to the wiki, hope it helps.

Hi Perry,
RabbitMQ patch is merged in master branch, so if it is required, I can
create Icehouse build tomorrow. For Havana the patch needs to be
backported first (CC'ed Ivan).
