Please see https://www.rdoproject.org/blog/2017/02/rdo-ocata-released/ as an example of a release notice that we did an awesome job with, as inspiration for what we're looking for. Please also see https://www.rdoproject.org/rdo/release-checklist/ for some of the things that we like to do around a release, as well as things we want to avoid doing.
