Then you are still using the old packages (2014.2).
Milestone 3 packages for 2015.1 are available at
https://repos.fedorapeople.org/repos/openstack/openstack-trunk/epel-7/kil....
I do not know if we already have usable RC1 packages, I have not yet
found them.
