This is due to inno_log_file_size being edited in
/etc/my.cnf.d/innodb.cnf without rm /var/lib/mysql/ip_logfile*.
service mysqld start now works.
You can rerun packstack and it will succeed.
Presumably ib_logfile* rather than ip_logfile*, right?
