[Rdo-list] Ironic sqlite db

after a clean installation I faced errors with tell ironic sqlite table don't contains tables as I check manually and it was empty sqlite db file... I also was not able to create tables via [ironic-dbstnc] too :-/ http://paste.ubuntu.com/12748615/ -- Sincerely, Ali R. Taleghani
