We can't do that, as it would break the icehouse packages in F21.
I.E. icehouse is incompat with websockify-0.6.0 as per:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1220081
I'm not keen on backporting changes to icehouse packages
to handle the incompat, and hopefully putting the
appropriate versions in the RDO repos will suffice.

I should have also mentioned that F22 was in the $subject
and

should already be available.
Perhaps a `dnf update` is required?
By right we should have a Requires: python-websockify >= 0.6
in the nova spec file to auto update.
