We can't do that, as it would break the icehouse packages in
F21.
I.E. icehouse is incompat with websockify-0.6.0 as per:

heh, Icehouse, I forgot about it...
I'm not keen on backporting changes to icehouse packages
to handle the incompat, and hopefully putting the
appropriate versions in the RDO repos will suffice.

I commented there, I think backporting would be better, but you're
Nova maintainer.
I did put 0.6.0 in RDO Kilo Fedora in f21-compat subfolder and will
push that 0.5.1 downgrade to RDO Icehouse E7.
