Arash, System was yum updated, I ran packstack and disabled NetworkManager only after completion. As of now same procedure reproduced successfully 3 times on different VMs ( KVM Hypervisors of F22,F21, Ubuntu 15.04) . Nested KVM enabled for each VM. Force execution using --nocheck, but the results are unpredictable.
