[rdo-list] [CI] RDO CI for newton

Greetings, FYI, just in case others bump into this. While pulling the centos7-newton delorean.repo file you'll notice the contents of the repo file point to just "centos7" and not "centos7-$release" Looks like the CI is building from the correct yum repo, the delorean file itself is not updated yet and makes it a little more confusing than it has to be atm. I suspect all is well and url in the delorean.repo file will be updated soon. Alan, Javier can you please confirm?
