For pymod2pkg, I'm having trouble understanding why this RPM has
certain BuildRequires. As one example, I cannot find any references to
the testresources library in the upstream pymod2pkg Git repository at
all (beyond the test-requirements.txt file).
I'm not sure *anything* requires testresources/testscenarios any more, but
there was a point in time where these dependencies were cargo culted to
each and every test-requirements.
You may be able to just remove it and live happily.
