openstack projects are getting rooms based on PTL proposal, similar
like it was the case for Design Summits until now

That would be packaging-rpm, need to check with PTL (Haikel) what's
the plan for PTG, afaik it is at early planning stages.
I asked for some space in PTG, potentially to be shared with Debian packaging.
I personally think that discussions with other downstreams is
beneficial to share our experiences, so I'll investigate the others
distros about it.
