Good job, can I just point out that if this is just a temporary server
it should not process new packages at all (you said yet),
This would only complicate things as two master servers processing
commits will diverge and cause problems. Adding additional trunk servers
should just be a mirroring exercise of yum repositories.
Sure, there was never a plan to have both servers processing packages in parallel. The
option to have the temp server process packaged was open in case there was an issue during
the planned maintenance, or we needed to do it while the main server is down.
For now, it's still not processing packages, to avoid having to sync the updated
packages back after the maintenance.
