Can you tell us how you got the issue ?
What's the command that was used to generate the configuration file ?
What about relevant parameters ?
There's some examples of how we run Packstack for integration tests
here [1][2], maybe it can help.

 Hello,
I'm trying to set up RDO OpenStack Ocata using Packstack in an
all-in-one configuration for evaluation purposes. However, Packstack
ultimately fails because it can't start the Nova scheduler.

I'm using CentOS 7.3 with latest updates. It's an 8 core system with
 32GB of RAM.
Does anyone have any idea what's going wrong?
 Thanks in advance.
