For backward compatibility and branding reasons, I've uploaded
rdo-release-liberty.rpm at the above URL, so this part of manual works
now.
I would just like it to be updated to use redirect URL we have on the
main website, so we could change hosting location:
http://rdoproject.org/repos/openstack-liberty/rdo-release-liberty.rpm
