reports I often get asked for.
Is this somewhere that we can count on being there long-term? Do we want to
move it to somewhere more permanent, in RDO-Cloud?

RDO/rdo is RDO's repositories defined in the rdoinfo/rdo.yml file.
Furthermore the instance have an index of the OpenStack Git commits based
on the
governance/reference/projects.yaml file.
