Not sure. But yes - the above directory should also contain its kickstart file it's
created with.

Yep, confirmed. Dennis sometimes makes minor tweaks required to get the
somewhat arcane buildsystem to work -- part of the process verifies the
kickstart files under RHEL 6, so the kickstart needs to parse as valid for
both the current kickstart _and_ for that release.

Feedback appreciated! Because of an outstanding bug with SE Linux and
cloud-init, there will be a one-minute delay before you can log in unless
you boot with user-data like this:
