You're correct, it won't harm anything. Just that updates could've been done early, even before f22 was branched, in github/openstack-packages/packstack and we'd probably have working Packstack for Kilo already. Proposed packaging flow for openstack packages is: Delorean rpm-master -> cherry pick to Rawhide when next Fedora is branched -> RDO builds (Fedora in Koji, EL in CBS[*] Cloud SIG) from the same spec in RC phase i.e. Delorean is to be treated as packaging upstream Cheers, Alan [*] http://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/CommunityBuildSystem
