I'm not seeing this in my environments.
We had a similar issue in older deployments when we weren't seeing FQDN
on provisioned nodes and that caused this problem. We essentially set
FQDN on all hosts and don't see this any more.
If you have customised cloud_init then potentially the problem lies
there however I haven't dived into how to change hostnames in tripleo
too much yet.
Might even be worth verifying FQDN is set on undercloud too plus
contents of /etc/hosts
Hope this is of some help. You could also try #tripleo or #openstack-
operators
