[rdo-list] Tentative test day schedule

I've posted a tentative test day schedule at https://www.rdoproject.org/testday/ based on the Ocata development schedule. I'd appreciate it if a few of you could take a moment to look it over to see if I've put any of these days on obviously-bad times.
