[Rdo-list] failed to allocate network

hey every one. Yesterday I had I discovered that I was running out of space disk as I misspartioned my disks so I decided to start from scratch. Now I have two baremetal servers both with 1.8TB allocated to root. But , I still have the message *no valid host was found* when I try to spawn a big instance. When I try to do it with a small instance I have the error *Failed to allocate the network(s),* not rescheduling. any ideas that might help me?? plz find attached my logs.
