[rdo-list] Newton 2 test day re-run, July 28, 29th

Due to the lack of Newton 2 packages for last week's test day, we'll be re-running the Newton 2 test day this Thursday and Friday, July 28th and 29th. Details are here: https://www.rdoproject.org/testday/newton/milestone2/ (I'll be fixing the dates on that as soon as I get this sent.) We'll be testing the Newton 2 packages that have passed CI.
