Do you have any thoughts as to frequency? I don't have a sense right
now of how frequently new bugs are coming in. I'm tempted to say
something like "the third Wednesday of every month".
Twice a month sounds like a good cadence. Perhaps doing something like
"third wednesday and first tuesday" or something like that would give
more people the opportunity to attend once a month if the other time is
a conflict.
In general, I love the idea of doing more of these meetings in public
view rather than on the phone other less public venues.
