[Rdo-list] Install using instructions at https://openstack.redhat.com/Deploying_RDO_using_Foreman

I am trying to follow the instructions listed in the subject and can't get past the dependencies associated with 'yum install openstack-foreman-installer'. yum repolist _looks_ like it includes all the required stuff: base epel foreman foreman-plugins openstack-havana puppetlabs-deps puppetlabs-products rhel-x86_64-server-6 rhel-x86_64-server-6-rhscl-1 Any suggestions??? --
